Class Registration and Payment:
Due to the high demand of some of our classes, Lucky Dawg Day Care & Training Center is requesting full payment at the time of enrollment for all classes. Full payment from participants at the time of enrollment will also facilitate our planning and scheduling of classes to meet everyone’s needs. Please make sure you read and agree to Lucky Dawg’s cancellation and attendance policies.
Once you have completed your registration and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder email two days prior to the start of a course or workshop.
See you in the classroom!
Refund Policy:
A full refund or a change to your registration date are possible if you notify us at least 7 calendar days prior to your first day of class. In the event of an emergency that prevents you from cancelling at least 7 calendar days prior to class, you may choose to join a different class, if space is available, or receive credit for a future course.
Attendance:
Attendance at the first class of a course is required. Please note: if you do not make prior arrangements and miss the first class, you will not be able to attend the remaining classes and a refund will not be issued. If you miss any other class during a course, you are welcome to contact the trainer via email to discuss the topics covered; but unfortunately, make-up classes are not available.
If you are interested in joining a course after the start date, you may be able to join the course at the trainer's discretion.
ALL courses’ first sessions are a people ONLY class unless noted otherwise under class description.
Course Cancellation:
If the minimum enrollment for a course or workshop is not met 3 days prior to the start of a course or workshop, the course will be cancelled. You will be notified by phone or email. You may enroll in an alternate course or workshop, receive credit toward a future course or workshop or receive a full refund.
Children in Class
All family members are encouraged to attend group classes. In the interest of safety for all humans and canines, please follow these guidelines:
• Children must be under parental control at all times. Unless a
child is training the family dog, he/she must remain seated during class.
• Parents must supervise their children during the entire class with children under 10 having another adult supervising them.
• No running or yelling will be permitted.
• Children should not approach or pet other dogs in class.
Safety Policy:
In the interest of providing a safe & fun class environment for humans and canines, we reserve the right to deny a dog that presents behavioral issues that may be dangerous or disruptive to other students in class to continue in the class. If you are asked to drop a course, you will be given the choice to receive a full refund or opt for private training with one of Lucky Dawg’s trainers.
Thank you for understanding and cooperation.
